Ingredients:
Potato -4
Onion-4 (both medium size)
Green chillies
Ginger - small piece
Coconut milk- 2 cups
Method:
Cut both potatoes and onions into small cubes,cook them with slit green chillies.Once cooked add salt and coconut milk.Add water if required,don't make it watery.Put ginger scrapes.
Best with mushti dosa.
