Ingredients :-
Potato :- 1 big
Beans :-100 gms
Carrot :-100 gms
Masala :-
Onion :- ! big
Green chillies :- 2 big
Tomato :- 1 big
Seasoning :-
Sesam seeds, chana dal, urad dal, turmeric, Karibevu.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Method :-
Cook all the vegetables. Fry onion, green chillies and tomato. Prepare masala from fried things.
Add masala to cooked veg. Season with above ingredients. Garnish with coriander seeds.
Best with chapati.
